About The Authors The author of this book, Gaurav Rastogi, is also the Vice President at Infosys. He completed his degree in Engineering from the Delhi College Of Engineering, and later went on to obtain an MBA degree from Indian Institute Of Management, Ahmedabad. Rastogi writes on a number of topics pertaining to Business, and Philosophy. He currently lives in the bay area of San Francisco. Basab Pradhan is in-charge of Client Services, Head Of Sales, Alliances, and Marketing for Infosys. Pradhan hails from Cuttack, Orissa, and studied at Campus School, Hisar (1980), where he topped in the Secondary School examinations. He later went on to complete his B.Tech degree from the Indian Institute Of Technology, Kanpur (1987). He also holds an MBA degree from Indian Institute Of Management, Ahmedabad (1989). Pradhan is also the founder of Gridstone Research, which is a well-known financial research firm, and held the post of the CEO till March 2009. He currently stays in Fremont, California, along with his spouse, and two children. His wife, Vidya Pradhan, currently serves as an editor for India Currents. Pradhan is also a part of an educational trust named Digjyoti, which provides scholarships for poor students in Orissa.
