Return & Refund Policy

At Bookchor, all our products are second-hand and pre-owned. Each item is carefully checked before dispatch. Since we deal in used books, we do not accept returns or exchanges under normal circumstances.

However, we do accept return requests in the following cases:

If you received a different book or product than what you ordered, raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

Item Significantly Different from Description

If the condition of the item is significantly worse than described on the product page, raise a request within 48 hours of delivery.
