The Faculty of Education, University of Delhi conducts B.Ed. JEE (Bachelor of Education Joint Entrance Exam) for admitting students to the B.Ed. programme offered by the country. The B.Ed. Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) is used to admit candidates to the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) programme offered by University of Delhi.The present book for Delhi University B.Ed. JEE 2016 has been divided into seven sections namely General Awareness, Teaching Aptitude, Reasoning, General Science, Social Science, Mathematics and General English, each sub-divided into number of chapters as per the syllabi of the entrance examination. The General Awareness section covers History of India, Geography, Indian Polity, Indian Economy, General Science and Miscellaneous Facts and Figures, etc. whereas the Teaching Aptitude section has been divided into An Introduction of Teaching Aptitude, Education and Society, Child Psychology, Educational Psychology, Communication, Teaching as a Profession, Leadership, etc. The General English section covers Comprehension, Sequence of Sentences, Word Power, Synonyms, Antonyms, Fillers, Cloze Test, Spelling Test, Idioms and Phrases, One Word Substitution, Common Errors, Sentence Improvement, Voice and Narration whereas the Reasoning section covers both Verbal and Non-Verbal Reasoning. Each chapter in the book contains ample number of solved problems which have been designed on the lines of questions asked in previous years’B.Ed. JEE. The book also contains practice exercises at the end of each chapter to help aspirants practice the concepts covered in each chapter. Also 2015 DU B.Ed. JEE Solved Paper and 2016 Model Solved Papers have been provided in the book to help aspirants get an insight into the recent examination pattern and the types of questions asked therein.As the book contains ample study as well as practice material, it for sure will help aspirants score high in the upcoming DU B.Ed.
