My first experience was seamless - quick payments and efficient service. I expressed my satisfaction, intending to make another order given my surplus books to sell. However, my second experience on Jan 9th was disappointing. Despite 24 hours passing, there was no payment or communication. Only after several emails, the payment was processed. Still, five books lacking ISBN codes were excluded from the total payment despite assurances of compensation.

Absolutely horrific customer service. First they don't pickup the books on the scheduled date and even after messaging and emailing, no response at all. I even called them but no one picked up. Would not recommend at all

No pickup service at my pincode though previously they had pickup service available there. Contacted their customer service and they told me to sell my books elsewhere! Wow! This is the way you are solving the customer's problem! Deserved zero rating but minimum rating allowed is one, so forced to give it to them. Guys just uninstall this app and sell your books to any nearby bookstore. You'll be paid more and it would be hassle free. Better shut down this app dump if you're listening!
